Understand
Every story needs a purpose. Know why you’re telling it, who it’s for, and connect it back to business goals.

Build
Structure is the best friend of great creative work. Process doesn’t have to be a bad word. Use it to drive consistency and efficiency.

Create
Most B2B content is boring. If you’re marketing to a business, you’re marketing to a human. I push creative boundaries and talk like a person.

Learn
Great creative work comes from constant learning. I’m not afraid to take risks while also using data and insights to guide decisions.
